Returns & Warranty
We take great care to all our deliveries. Nevertheless, it can always happen that something goes wrong. If your product does not meet your expectations, for any reason, we will try to solve it at all times in an appropriate way. Costs for return shipment are for the buyer at all times.
Never return products whitout consulting
If your product does not meet your expectations or has a failure, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by mail or telephone. Don’t ever send the product back without consulting us. If a product does not work on arrival or is broken, or there is any other reason to guarantee your product please also contact us. If we need to return the old product, we will it pick up by a courier. Then you will receive a new one without any expense. Do you think you qualify for warranty? Please contact us and we will try to solve it with you.
Check your product upon receipt
You can return products only if they unopened and in original packaging. If there is a defect, malfunction or incorrect pricing, you must report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
